We collect the customer’s contact information (like their names, billing and shipping address, telephone number and e-mail address. We DO NOT store any financial information (like account or credit card numbers).
 
Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. Financial information is NOT or stored.
 
When you use a third-party billing option (PayPal), financial information (like account or credit card numbers) will be provided by you to the billing company. Our site uses "cookies" to keep track of your shopping cart.
 
Whenever sensitive personal information is transmitted, it is sent via a secured connection directly to our server using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. This is the most successfully used method of ensuring private, secure transmission of personal information over the Internet.
 
Our online system does not relay or retransmit your information insecurely to other computers--when you send personal information using our online ordering system, it is directly passed to our system.

   Ordering
 
Our goal is to ship all orders received within 1 to 4 business days of receipt if parts are in stock. If parts are back ordered or waiting arrival you will be notified within 48 business hours as to disposition of order. Add 2 to 4 days if item(s) ordered require engraving.
 
If you have a compatible web browser , you may use our  CART32  shopping cart interface ordering system. The best way to order is to click on the Online Store link. Then click on any of the category links which appear on the left hand side of your browser.  This will allow you to browse our product selection and choose items simply by clicking the "Add to Cart” button.

Credit Card Orders
We now accept VISA or MASTERCARD, and PayPal.
 
COD Orders
We offer COD (collect on delivery) service to our customers in the United States ONLY for an additional service fee of $15.00 USD via Fedex Express Only. COD service is not available outside the continental US.
 
A postal money order or certified check will be required upon delivery. Cash, personal checks or business checks cannot be accepted as payment for COD orders. We ask that you please be certain someone is available to accept and pay for delivery. If you miss delivery and the order is returned, please let us know why. Otherwise, COD service may not be available to you on future orders.

Orders Shipped with the Continental United States
Due to increased shipping costs, EITS will charge a flat rate of $4.00 USD  for Shipping within the continental US. Other ship methods are available at checkout and at the customers expense.
 
International Orders
Orders are shipped via USPS, various ship methods are available at checkout and at the customers expense.
 
International Duties, Fees, Taxes, or any other charge charged by the Ship-To Countries Custom's Authorities are at the Customers expense.

 Out of Stock Policy
 
Our goal is to ship all orders received within 2 business days of receipt. 2 to 4 days if item(s) ordered require custom engraving.
 
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can accept the order and ship it as soon as it is ready. Most items ship within 1 weeks.
 
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
 
Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.

 Order Cancellation Policy
 
Please submit any cancellation via email to mikevans1@surewest.net, or call on our business phone at 916 761 2835.
 
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
 
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping if applicable. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
 
All refunds are issued  by an Evans Innovative Technology Services company check or credited to your
account.

 Product Warranty
 
Evans Innovative Technology Services, provides a 30 day Limited Warranty. Evans Innovative Technology Services warrants that the product sold is free from any defects in materials or workmanship for thirty days from the purchase date of the consumer. If such a defect is discovered within this warranty's limitations, Evans Innovative Technology Services  agrees at it's sole discretion, to repair or replace with the same item, free of charge to the original consumer purchaser. This warranty SHALL NOT APPLY if the item is modified, misused, tampered with, subjected to abnormal use, or transferred to someone other than the original consumer purchaser.
 
Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

 Refund/Exchange Policy
 
We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on products sold. Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging, otherwise a 25% re-stocking fee will apply. Original shipping costs if applicable are not refundable and consumer is responsible for shipping costs back to Evans Innovative Technology Services.
 
Returns must be pre-authorized. To pre-authorize a return and obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization), Have ready the invoice number, item# to be returned, and quantity of that item(s) to be returned.  Please call us at 916 761 2835 or send an email to mikevans1@surewest.net within 30 days of purchase date with this requested information.
 
All refunds are issued  by an Evans Innovative Technology Services company check or credited to your account.
